Product arrived damaged, return process a huge hassle

“It shipped in one piece which I was excited about, but then I realized it was damaged. The door on the left side was crooked and stuck, and would not open or close. It looked like the left door was assembled wrong and the door was on a slant, so it would not open or close at all. I contacted Ashley to return it, and they said I could not return it to the store. I have to submit pictures of the damage, file a claim, then wait for them to send me a shipping label, ship it back, and then wait 7-10 days for a refund. I will NEVER order something from Ashley again. This was a complete waste of my time and now I have to sit around with a product in my home that is damaged. Not my fault that it's damaged, and I have to suffer for it.”

“While the cabinet is solid wood, it's not as heavy as I thought it would be. But I love, love, love it in my dining room to hold my candles and cookbooks. The drawers are very basic (not super smooth pulling out and going in), but they work perfectly fine.”
