“****DO NOT BUY*** Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The product arrived missing a piece and felt very cheap. I called three times and never received a single call back from a manager. Ashley Furniture refuses to take any responsibility, blaming it on the third-party seller. I’m now out $120 with no refund, no solution — just a useless item that went straight to the trash. No accountability, no help, no refund. Total waste of money. Do NOT buy from here unless you want to be ignored and disappointed.”
