“Loved it! Bought as a gift. However I did not take it to my mom's till day 4. It was too big. By the time I called to return it it was day 7. So I looked on your site and that information is buried, while that covers your legal requirements, it's a huge deserve to your customers. I just wanted to exchange it..I am no longer an ashley customer.”
