Do NOT buy with Ashley online

“This product has poor quality and when I tried to return it, Ashley Furniture wouldn't refund it. Returning items with Ashley when bought online is a nightmare. They said they have a 72 hour return policy from the time we receive the item. I chatted with them and requested the refund within 24 hours and the rep didn't process the refund correctly. I received my items in two packages. He refunded one package and the not the second. When you request a refund, you receive no confirmation and you don't hear back until 2 weeks later with the refund instructions. When I received the email instructions, I realized that they processed my refund incorrectly and that they only refunded one package.I have no use for the pillows or any other items if I have returned the comforter. When I contacted them for the full refund at that time, they denied me because I was outside the 72 hour policy. This doesn't make any sense. I contacted them within 24 hours and they made a mistake but there was no way for me to know that they made a mistake because I received no confirmation but I don't hear back from them until 2 weeks later. I will never buy online with Ashley again and I don't recommend it.”

“As with the matching comforter I hesitated to review thirds items. There has been a lot of unraveling. Very sad and disappointed”

Pretty, but a lot of loose threads

“There were quite a few visible flaws in the embroidery, mostly a lot of stray threads that need to carefully be cut in order to avoid fraying. Otherwise very pretty. I will need to send these back and just go with the topper instead.”
