“I don’t want the item, it was intended for a gift and I had requested all items on order number 725010719849 this is what I got and she has refused to have the items picked up.
I need the items pick up from my garage

I understand your concerns and truly appreciate you clarifying your situation.
Please be advised that we can provide a return label at no cost for a maximum of two large boxes only. The shipping cost for the remaining boxes would need to be covered by you.
I understand that you met the return requirements for the item; however, our return policy does state that for buyer's remorse returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Kindly let us know if you'd like to proceed so we can send the labels for the two boxes and provide you with the return address for the others.
