Received a previously returned chair...missing pieces and parts and damaged...waiting to return

“Very disappointed. Opened the box to find that I had received a returned chair. It is missing instructions, supplies list, tool needed for putting it together and damaged screws. Contacted Ashley right away to return it, planning to get another chair, but have now been sent to the specialist department to wait 3-5 business days for a response. Now I just want to return the chair for a refund. I shouldn't have to keep a chair that was returned damaged already.”

“The material is hard and so is the chair. Returning a product purchased on-line is also apparently difficult. You cannot return to a store and need to ship back at your own cost. Depending on the item, this can be very expensive and make returns not an option for on-line orders. Because of this, I probably would not order on-line again.”
