Beyond disappointed

“Shoddily constructed and poorly packaged, this item is an absolute disappointment. Upon arrival, the back right corner was crunched damaging the piece's veneer. The bottom left corner also has a chunk of missing veneer. The top drawer catches when pulled out. It is simply not worth the price. The way it was packaged involved taping directly to the piece so it also has patches of sticky residue. Unacceptable. I won't be purchasing from Ashley again. Although their customer service agent was kind on the phone, my return emails did not arrive to two different email addresses. Yes, I checked spam. Beware. This feels like an uphill battle.”

“It’s ok. At least it’s not defective like the first one I ordered. A little cheap seeming for the price. Could’ve probably got a similar quality piece at Wayfair for a few hundred less.”
