“The palm branches need to be spread out after receiving and are very easy to bend and arrange to make the plant look real. Only negative is that the basket is so light it gets knocked over often if in an area where there is a lot of traffic.”

“The tree is beautiful, however, when I took it out of the box, it lifted right out of the styrofoam in the bottom container basket. I was left holding the tree in my hand with no bottom ! Now I have to purchase new styrofoam costing additional money. I am extremely disappointed. 😢”
