Missing chairs

“I've purchased several pieces of furniture through Ashley, and had been very satisfied. I purchased these chairs on line and have still not received them. Ashley sent me an email stating my credit cars was charged on 2/14/2025. Shipment was made by FedEx. Neither Ashley nor FedExEx responded to my request for assistance. This especially disappointing as I am furnishing a new small home that is not near an Ashley store. I planned to order all the furniture on line, mostly from Ashley. Given my negative experience with Ashley on line. I will not be ordering any more on line nor making any more in store purchases. It is apparent that decent customer service is not a priority.”

“The size and shape are wonderful in my space. It fits my body proportions well and is very comfortable. However, the color isn’t what I expected. I ordered cream to work with my light tan walls, cherry furniture and the terracotta and loden quilt. What arrived is a bluish gray! No hint of cream. If definitely does not work. What is the process to resolve?”

“The 5-star rating is for the chair. It's beautiful, light cream color, appears to be good quality, and perfect for what I needed - a small chair for a corner. I almost gave up on the order; it took three months to get it. However, I am aware of the problems across the nation with production, shipping, and delivery so I kept hoping I would receive it, and it finally showed up.”

“This is a great accent chair. I bought this for our bedroom, so not intended to curl up in it and watch TV or read a book. Great chair for this purpose. It has clean lines and looks very neat. Be warned the cushion is very firm. Only assembly was attaching the legs, which was easy and legs are very sturdy. Very happy with this purchase.”

“Chair was great! It was very easy to put together. My daughter loved her new chair. The only thing was the chair was set by UPS and it didn’t show up till almost 8pm at night. Over all the chair was delivered fast. We had looked in the store also but the price was so much better from online.”
