Good Quality but Missing Parts

“The cabinet looks great and appears to be in good quality. However, the shipment was sent without the necessary screws. When we reached out to customer service they told us it would take 2 weeks to get new screws. After the two weeks elapsed, we did not receive the screws and contacted customer service again. At that point, they reported that two months would be needed to ship the screws or they would send a team to collect the entire cabinet and a new one would be reshipped. Given the fact we have had the cabinet for almost a month, we declined and will be getting screws at the hardware store.”

Color is not the same as the photos

“I bought this off the Ashley Store on Amazon. First it’s a great quality. I’m happy with that. The front cupboard was scratched in shipping so they are sending a new one for replacement. Really great customer service. My only complaint and it’s a big one is the color. This looks like light colored wood in the photos but it’s actually a really dark pecan honey color. Not at all what I was hoping for. I’m planning to keep it for now because of the quality but I really wish it was a lighter color like that photo.”
