Beware shipping damages

“It is a very nice sofa table. The delivery made a dent to the soft mango wood and box with obvious large tear as if punched through. Ashley gave only a 10% refund on that. I did not want to go through the hassle of packing up, reshipping, replace. That was disappointing customer service.”

“Table damaged received replacement damaged. Trying to get my money back and having to call Ashley every few days to ensure that they have indeed called FedEx to pick up the damage table for a refund. As of now it’s been a week and FedEx has still not come although Ashley tells me they have scheduled the pick up for three days ago. Hopefully at some point I will get my money back.”
