Arrived damaged, appeared different than photo

“The item arrived broken. It was simply too heavy and fragile an item to be shipped via FedEx. It would more appropriately have been delivered. Additionally, although I understand that natural stone varies, whereas the photo made it look more like terrazzo, it actually appeared to be a more veined marble.”
