Delivered DEFECTIVE! Don’t waste your time and money!

“I had this cabinet delivered a month ago, it was delivered with MISSING HARDWARE, SHELVES AND A DOOR THAT WAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR. They sent a technician that ordered the parts on April 1, it’s now April 17th and they said they will be shipped by the end of the month but they can’t give me an exact date. Then when I asked about a return they said they have to “request approval” for a return that takes 3 business days! I’m not sure why I paid an extra $269 for a 5 year warranty for this kind of service. I’m so disappointed. What a waste of time and money! And I hope they don’t decline approving this review, because people need to know ASHLEYS WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY and the store employees CANNOT HELP YOU”

“Absolutely love this cabinet! It’s such a great addition to our home! The only complaint I have is the middle leg makes it hard to move with just one person. However it’s hard to find sturdy all wooden furniture these days. So I am very pleased with the quality.”

Beautiful piece - but pieces missing

“Beautiful Piece BUT missing pegs for shelves. Delivery men called about the missing pieces twice while here. I also received a call about delivery twice. Each time they acted as if they were unaware if the issues. I also called the store and customer service number provided by the store and they too did not help. I insisted on a case number and am following up daily.”
