“Door is warped but noticed too long after delivery. It was delivered a day late so I had to leave for a trip immediately after it was delivered. Does not look like it costs what I paid for it.”

A really poor experience... and still not resolved

“The buffet I ordered from Ashley online arrived damaged and I am still waiting for a response.
Due to a long distance move to a larger home, we have been buying a lot of furniture and have had so far had good online and instore experiences with City, Rooms2Go, Haverty's and Amazon.
Online ordering with Ashley went fine.
A few days ahead of delivery I received a voice message to confirm the day and giving me an hour and 40 mins call back or the delivery would be "kicked forward" seven days! What? Fortunately I was able to respond within that time, but how ridiculous.
Upon delivery I unpacked and noticed damage to one of the buffet doors and several spots of something like glue on 2 doors.
My first call Ashley customer service they were supposed to send an email that I could respond to with pictures. It took a second call hours later to get that and a promise that I would get a response latest within 72 hours.
I am still waiting...”

“Poor workmanship on this cabinet. Cracked wood, nails showing through doors, warped & uneven doors. Missing stain on design & uneven stains, came with scratches, doors don't close properly. Very disappointed.”

“The cabinet is very nice, customer service, not so much. Cabinet was delivered with one of the doors damaged. I immediately contacted Ashley and they said no problem we will get you new doors. 2 weeks go by and Ashley contacts me and says someone needs to come look at the damage to get it fixed or replaced. Scheduled someone for 9-20-25 on a Saturday. I cancelled my plans and they were a no show and no call.”
