Horrible Customer Service

“Received on 11/29. Damaged on bottom and missing hardware and shelves. Contacted Ashley immediately. Promised delivery of parts within 7-10 business days. Called yesterday to confirm still on track for delivery. Was told that the parts were not available and would not be until the 15th of December. Asked for refund and told they could not process because I requested parts. Do not do business with these people. Check better business bureau rating and reviews. You have been warned.”

“Admittingly indecisive, I struggled for over a year to find the perfect pieces to frame our fireplace in a Modern Naturalist style. I obsessed about it for months, bookmarking Pinterest ideas and scouring the web in pockets of free time, looking for something stylish that wouldn`t break the bank.
When I came across this piece, I was really intrigued, but I was also nervous as the Ashely Furniture store near us did not have any in stock. I took a leap of faith (which is really hard for this frugal girl to do) and purchased online.
Having had no experience shopping with Ashley before, I was curious to see how the experience would go, but--boy--was I impressed at every step! I received constant emails about the progress of my shipment, had it hand delivered and built with extreme care, and have had every person that has seen the pieces comment on their beauty and quality. They. Are. Perfect.
I highly encourage a closer look at what Ashley has to offer, as I intend to make them my first stop every furniture purchase in the future.”
