“My accent cabinet is exactly as it was on the picture.
At ford I was very disappointed with my experience because my item arrived with many broken and damaged pieces. However my customer specialist from Ashley was supper helpful.
After sending pictures of damage items, she had a new package delivered in a very short time. I hope they have a way of warning shipping and delivery company to handle items with care and Ashley employees to pack items properly so that people don’t have to experience inconvenience.
Alignment wise it is a bit difficult unless you or anyone you know is handy. You have play with the cabinet door to make it perfectly aligned.”

“I absolutely love this cabinet, especially the door! It really looks elegant. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the installation. All the stickers were on the wrong parts. I have never experienced this. Thank goodness both me and my husband had experience with assembling furniture.”

“The cabinet looks fantastic but one of the panels arrived broken. Ashley furniture did a great job rectifying the issue (they sent me a replacement part) but there were still scratches and dents on the doors, which are the most visible part of the cabinet. Also the parts were mislabeled which made following the assembly instructions a bit difficult. I'm happy with my purchase and the assistance of the Ashley Furniture team to replace my part, I just wish my cabinet was blemish free.”

“A beautiful cabinet for the price. Heavy and solid. However, assembly was a nightmare. Every single one of the pieces were mislabeled (part A was really part M, etc.), the brackets on the cabinet doors were bent, and packets of hardware screws/fasteners were short a few pieces. There is a small flaw in the finish on top (I might try to fix) and dings on the interior shelves (which are not visible behind closed doors). Despite this, I am still happy with the cabinet and it looks great in our foyer. The exact same piece is selling on another big-box furniture retailer's website for several hundred dollars more so buying here was a good deal.”

“I love the product. Pleasing to the eye but don't look too closely. Instructions were incredibly vague. Pieces were not properly labeled, so I had to use deductive reasoning to put it together. struggled with getting the legs installed but grateful there were screws in the bar to release the tension and put it in place. Also, one lonely little screw would not go in. Don't know why, but it didn't.
I'm a pro at assembly, but this brought out the ugly person in me.”

“I ordered this and it came damaged. I called customer service and they were great, they sent another one immediately, the replacement came today even more damaged! I’ve never shopped at Ashley before and I doubt if I ever will again. I’m very disappointed.
The piece was very sturdy and would be great if I could get one that not damaged.”

“I would not recommend buying this product online, as it arrived with 7 of the 11 pieces damaged. It was clear the packaging was poor because all damages appeared at ripped/torn packaging locations. If these flaws didn't exist and be a complete eyesore, this is a great looking piece of furniture.”

“I absolutely love the accent cabinet; however, not only was it late in arriving to my home, the package was severely damaged with saran wrap holding the box together. I hired a handyman to put the cabinet together and immediately after he started taking pieces out of the box, we saw multiple damaged and scratched pieces. I immediately called Ashley and sent pictures to show the damage and was quite happy that they agreed to refund me the full total of the accent cabinet. I'm an Ashley furniture fan so for that reason, I know I'll be back!”
