Don’t waste your time and money!

“This piece is terrible. I really wanted to love it because it looked nice with the rest of the decor in my home. The original one that was delivered had multiple issues and the delivery guys refused to take it back so we were stuck having to deal with the non-helpful customer service people. They assured me they ordered all the parts necessary to fix it. A technician came out to repair it and wouldn’t you know there were pieces missing and he wasn’t able to fix it. After MULTIPLE phone calls we were given the opportunity to have a replacement ordered. The replacement came today and it had MULTIPLE issues as well! They are giving us a refund but we have to WAIT again for someone else to come pick up the original one before the refund will be processed. This experience has been a nightmare and the local store is ZERO help! Needless to say we will never order anything from Ashley Furniture again!”

“Is a nice, but not perfect cabinet. It looks great and feels sturdy, but some of the doors are not aligned really well. I appreciated the white glove delivery service and the guys worked on the doors an extra 30 minutes to get them as close to balanced as possible. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase for the price I paid.”

“Assembled this on my own, straight forward instructions. Heavy but nothing that should break your back. Just take your time. I see some are complaining about the cabinet door alignment but I had no trouble here. Cabinet doors are 4 way adjustable and easy to line up. I would describe the color as a cool tone of walnut. Expect the wood color to be darker than the stock photos. Soft close doors would have made this 5 stars so I personally would say 4.5 out of 5. This will be a great wow factor piece with decor and some art.”

“Rally love the look of these, only reason for not a 5 star is assembly of the doors was extremely difficult. We ordered 2 of these and could not get all the doors attached/level. My husband and I have had a lot of experience putting items together so that was not the issue. Local store sent out the warehouse manager and he could not get them to work. Ashley sent out a service tech and he was able to get one of the two properly assembled. Problem was not with the quality of the wood, the hardware was incorrectly attached and not at the same placement/measurements. Service tech said he would have to completely reinstall the bracket and hardware and even then was not sure it would work. We now have to wait for a replacement but kudos to the local store and Ashley for standing behind their product. Fingers crossed it will not be another 6 months to receive!”

“This item is as shown but has a very dull patina. The shade is much darker than the picture ( hence my reason for 4 stars). We paid for assembly, but you could do without the extra charge and DIY. On a whole, a statement piece this fits nicely in mid- century, or modern space. The wood grain is beautiful. It has a hardiness about the appearance that’s kind of rugged. I suppose because the wood is thick and looks heavy. Measure carefully if you have a tight space.”

“The cabinet was assembled poorly. The door handles are all scratched and the doors are completely misaligned as others have mentioned. Do not accept this item when it’s delivered if there are issues! This is what I should have done but the delivery person mentioned to call Ashley and work with customer service. After a month I’m still waiting for a second door handle. Then I still have to wait for the technician to come out and readjust the doors. The cabinet color is nothing like the website picture. It’s a total eyesore and Ashley does not let me return it at this point. Very disappointed!”

“Absolutely worst experience I have ever dealt with an online delivery to the house. When the box came, you could already see that it has been re-taped. When we took it out of the box, the entire thing was dusty. One of the doors was a different color and had a scratch on it. I still wanted to keep it because I really loved the design. Once we put it together, we found out that they gave us the wrong doors so we could not put the doors up all in the same direction. A lot of the screws were stripping. Even the black legs on the bottom were different somehow the little screw on to make sure it was even. I can’t believe that I spent $600 on this piece of crap. I am totally disappointed. I never leave reviews like this, but please beware. I really thought Ashley was a high-quality furniture store. they even sent us the wrong directions. We had to go online to figure out how to put it together.”

“It is a beautiful cabinet. But the two doors on the right side didn't align. New hinges were ordered by the delivery company. Finally after six weeks, one new door came with a hinge. The delivery person tried to align the old and the new with no success. He discovered that the holes drilled by the mfg. were not aligned correctly. Now both sets of doors don't align well and it's very difficult to open or close them. I'm waiting for a resolution from Ashley and thinking a brand new Prattville cabinet is the best solution.”

“I read the reviews as to how difficult it was to get the doors aligned so I chose expert assembly and paid extra for it. The delivery team assembled it for us and the doors are crooked and misaligned. I had request repair service from Ashley and it didn't help either, now I have to call them again for replacement. Such a huge waste of time and money”
