“The shelving unit has a high quality look to it. It works perfectly in our family room with our mango wood cocktail table and mid-century couches that have wooden legs. A few things to note about the shelving unit: the hollow wood shelves have an orange hue to them along with the driftwood grey; and, the metal columns have a lot of silver along with the black. We love it in our space and it would look great in a space that has brick in it.”

“Although I like the bookcase, it is not the color shown on website or in the store. I went to the store to confirm the color and that it would work in my room. What was delivered was not a light, natural color but a very stained orangish/red color. I would not have bought it had I known the actual shelf color. It does have a very strong smell but that only lasts a few days.”

“I bought two about a month ago for my office. I have a lot of books and wanted a stylish shelf system for theoffice. These shelves are stylish and sturdy. However, it says made of real wood, which the shelves are, but they are a hollow box I believe. Not solid wood shelves. Even though this is the case they are still strong and can hold all of my heavy books. The shelves look like the picture on the website. They wobble just a little bit because the base is the same size as the whole unit, but they include a wall mount kit. The instructions are easy and assembly is easy. I recommend these shelves. Included is a picture of the office in progress... please excuse the mess.”

“I bought this a few weeks ago and the item came pretty quickly for its size!! I was shocked by how long the delivery box was because my husband and I live in an apartment he helped me carry it up the stairs but once I started to assemble it (alone bc he is not handy) the pieces were relatively light but seem to be good quality! We measured our spot before ordering and I recommend that bc it is a big item!! Bigger than I thought but non-the-less fits perfectly.. package comes with everything needed to put together no added tools are necessary which is awesome and the instructions are self explanatory!! Took me about 30-45 min to put together alone and is sturdy!!”

“We've bought a lot of Ashley furniture over the years and been pleased. Not this time. Hollow shelves and cheap material...definitely, not worth the price they charged. Additionally, numerous shelf and frame holes didn't come close to properly aligning. Had I seen the quality in person, I never would have purchased the unit.”
