“What happened to the customer is always right? Customer service is truly a dying art. I recently purchased a chair from Ashley Furniture and it is too big for the space but because I didn't notify them within 72 hours, I'm now stuck with it? I notified the salesperson within a week and he stated that I didn't have to wait for him to return from vacation and anyone could have resolved the issue. I should have taken my business elsewhere which was my first thought!!!”
