Not the color I expected

“The chairs are nice enough. Seem of good quality, but the seat is pretty firm. The problem is the color. I ordered caramel as is pictured both online and in other customer review photos, but the chairs are definitely NOT caramel. They are chocolate brown which will not work for me. The risks of online purchases. I have initiated a return, at my expense, but the customer service contact to do that was good.”
