“These chairs have been great. They're comfortable and also have very smooth gliding and swiveling. I love that you can wash the fabric in a washing machine. I didn't even realize this when I bought them, but the fabric on the arms, sides, and back can also be taken off and washed. The fabric has Velcro that attaches it to the chair. My kids love sitting in them and I love that I don't have to worry about them getting dirty. These chairs are better than I expected, I'm so happy with my purchase!”

“I ordered two of these chairs and am so pleased. When I ordered them, I didn't realize that they are also rocking chairs, so be sure you have the room to rock.
They're incredibly comfortable and love that I can rock as well as swivel. Such an awesome purchase. I also get compliments on them, everytime someone comes over.”

“Wanted to love this chair, but unfortunately, it came stained/damaged; Ashley has been unable to rectify this issue with any type of response or solution for a week straight, despite me reaching out to them 4 times. I'd caution anyway who is interested in purchasing due to the lack of customer service I've received. I even tried to inform them I'd be leaving a review if a solution couldn't be reached and I still haven't herad back.”

“Broke immediately on delivery. “Repaired” and subsequently broke again 1 year later. Not covered by $600 protection plan we purchased. See photo for damage. After having claim denied, called the Ashley store where we bought our furniture from to find out the specs for the metal glider component to pay for a replacement. They couldn’t figure out that information but said we could buy a replacement part through them. The catch is, the rep didn’t even know the specifications of the part she suggested we buy. It’s half of what other gliders appear to cost on Amazon which is either a great deal or something is miscalculated. Low optimism judging by track record. If anyone knows where we can buy a new metal glider component please comment!”
