Delivery when????

“I would like to review this chair but I have yet to receive it. I was told by the salesman that it would take 3-4 weeks for delivery but the day before delivery I received a call saying that they didn't have a truck available going my way and that it wouldn't be delivered for another 4 weeks. I made a call to customer service, they told that it was on backorder and didn't know when it would be delivered. Soooo.....is that they don't have a truck.....or is backordered.backorder.....?? I was planning on replacing all of my living room furniture and dining room table and chairs but will more than likely go some place else now. Very untrustworthy.”

Stay Away from Ashley!!

“Terrible service. Chair arrived with broken frame and we have been arguing with customer service ever since for a replacement. We alerted the delivery driver as soon as he dropped it off. Two weeks in and their response is to send a technician in 2 weeks to assess if he can fix it (good luck buddy) and then maybe they will replace it. HORRID CUSTOMER SERIVCE. Be aware the store will not help you. You are forced to deal with their customer service people who won’t deviate from their script. Not interested in doing right by the customer.”
