Unhappy with quality of chairs received

“Unhappy with my purchase as both chairs arrived damaged. When I reported it to customer service (which I had to do via text message to a bot), a technician was sent out a week later to repair the chairs. I was not happy about this as I purchased 2 new chairs which should have arrived in tact and should not have needed to be repaired. When I queried why I was not able to get replacement chairs, I was told that that was not possible. Very disappointed and I won't be shopping at Ashleys again.”

“The chair is so comfortable. We love it in our spare bedroom for guest to sit and relax in. Delivery was easy and on time. You can't go wrong with this chair. It rocks and swivels and the back cushion feels soft and comfy. You can take a nap in this chair.”

“I would love to give this a great review but I still haven’t even received the full chair! My chair was delivered without a back cushion and it has been miserable trying to get customer service to send me one. I’ve had to call every day and still not luck. Hopefully it will come this week and I’ll love the chair, but I will not order online from Ashley again.”
