“The chair is very comfortable, but I don't like the fact that you can't turn the cushion over because it's not all the upholstery fabric. It also has a wooden board at the bottom behind the skirt that you can hit your feet on. But it is a very comfortable chair and I like having a swivel rocker”

3 Years in and Not Impressed

“I ordered these chairs at the beginning of Covid, so about 3.5 years. Approximately 3-4 months in, they started squeaking. Nothing I could do would stop them from squeaking - silicone spray, WD40, etc. I even had our handyman look at them and he said it’s a design issue wheee no matter what, it will also resume squeaking. A couple of weeks ago, one of the chairs just broke and it no longer rocks and is now tilted. It is the mechanism that allows the chair to rock and it is the same piece that broke on my outdoor Ashley glider. There are no physical reasons as to why this would break and the chairs are not heavily used. I came back to the item to see if I’d like to order a new one but I really struggle with quality from Ashley and whether it’s worth it. Seems like it’s gone down over the years.”

“The chair is comfortable but not cushy plush. I thought the color would be slightly darker with more contrast in n the weave. The real negative item is that the seat cushion doesn’t lay right. When you get up you can see the cushion is dipped in on left side exposing the lining of the back cushion. So that seems to be cheaply made, and looks sloppy. If it wasn’t for that I would have no complaints for the price.”

Padding on One arm is somewhat crushed likely due to packing. Three weeks later, it had not plumped up.
