“Item arrived broken, the tail was completely broken off and pieces were everywhere. We did get great customer service though and were refunded promptly. I recommend Ashly furniture because service is great but sadly can’t recommend this item as ours arrived broken so I’m leaning towards saying it is a cheaply made product. I do love the design and would like to have one not broken but I’m concerned it would arrive broken again if I ordered another one.”
