MISLEADING RETURN POLICY

“BUYER BEWARE OF THE MISLEADING RETURN POLICY. The vase I purchased online was too large for my space. I tried to return it within 2 days at an Ashley store. I was told they do not do returns for online items in store. I then called customer service within 6 days of receiving my item and was told I had to request a return within 72 hours of delivery. Although it stated in their policy that you have 30 days to return, they explained it actually means you need to call within 72 hours to request a return and THEN you have 30 days. So, a 72 hour window to make a return. Very unhappy with the misleading return policy on their website. Will never shop here again.”
