“The vase is pretty, however, Ashley customer service is not! The vase came with a huge chip in it and Ashley has not been easy to work with. After an hour texting they offered a 10% rebate! I am a designer and can't use a chipped vase. Then they said they'd get back to me within 3-5 business days - it's been way longer than that can crickets!”
