After the sale service sucks!

“We purchased a couch and a loveseat, at purchase we also ordered 4 pillows never being told they were on backorder! When the furniture was delivered us when we were told( yea a damn shock) so I called the store to cancel the damn pillows. I recieved no fewer than 4 delivery attempts 2-3 months later when they came off backorder. Each time I ask and was assured that they would be canceled. But nope they called a 5th time and I said fuck it send them.”
