“The pillows were as stated. The shipping was horrible. The box was smashed severely. The pillows were smashed together but fine. Very poor handling by FedEx.”

“Everything was a breeze as long as I'm spending money. Over the years I have spent 30k+ in this specific store. I placed an order in May of 2025, and as of August 13th, l've only received half of it.
Excuse after excuse after excuse. This is completely unacceptable. The store gives me a run around, online gives me run around, and 1-800 gives me the run around. I gave up on the product months ago. All I want is a refund. Can't even get my money back..I PAID CASH AND I HAVE MY RECEIPT!! The store confirmed that it was lost in shipping. Very frustrating when you work hard to pay for something and it's obviously not a priority to them.
BUYERSBEWARE!! All they want is your money. Wont spend a dime here again.”
