Beautiful pillows - but not a good shopping experience.

“The pillows are lovely. I saw them in the store and I was very disappointed I could not buy them there. Ashley seems to make its customers go online nowadays to make their purchases. I wanted to buy a number of items, but I was told by the sales person that I had to go home and order them online. Then I found out that a couple of the items I wanted were no longer available. Another disappointment; however, I did go searching for them and found them at another store, not Ashley, and did not have to go online to purchase.
One of the larger items I saw at Ashley furniture I was able to find at a different store for a better price and free delivery.
My total purchases were about $500 less tax; however, it was still a purchase lost by Ashley.”
