Worst Return Policy I’ve Come Across

“The return procedure is the worst I have ever dealt with. It’s not an easy process.
1. First two reps said they couldn’t access my account. Third rep hung up on me after being on hold forever. Fourth rep was able to help me & was very polite.
2. You have to wait for an email to be sent to you so you can send pics of the item
3. You must send back in original shipping box
4. You have to pay return shipping.
5. You must go through FedEx
6. A specific FedEx, an HOUR away. I can’t use any of the many FedEx locations around me
7. After you do ALL of that you have to email them back with the tracking number.
Online return process is complicated, time consuming, and expensive.
*Blanket looks like cheap fur. Way overpriced.”

“Great throw. Thick fun faux fur. Wish it came in more colors/Faux animal prints. Great for bedroom/family room. Adds a lot of texture. Looks really expensive. Very soft. Generous in size. Love it!!!”
