“I purchased 2 of these pillows to compliment a comforter set that was unfortunately discontinued. It has taken over 3 weeks (and COUNTING!) to return the pillows. Inefficient return process, unfulfilled promises, lack of follow-up equals HORRIBLE customer service.”
