“Really nice pillow cover. The pillow was ridiculously flat which was fine because I planned to replace the insert with a nice plump one that I already had. I still took off one star because it should have just been sold without an insert, especially since the one provided was useless. I don’t understand why most companies don’t give you the choice of purchasing the pillow cover with or without the insert. It’s so wasteful and annoying.”

“I ordered six of these pillows across three separate orders. The two pillows I received look great in my space. However, the other four pillows were mysteriously canceled without any notice to me. When I contacted customer service to inquire, they told me to simply place the order again, but refused to price match my original orders. Essentially, they canceled my order, failed to notify me at all, increased the price, and told me to re-order the items at the new price which was more than 25% higher. Sadly, I will be returning the two pillows I did receive as I need six and Ashley is unwilling to assist with this matter.”
