Springfield Mo buyers beware!

“My rating isn’t on the blanket itself, the blanket is amazing! I however paid $79.99 for a $39.99 throw blanket at the Springfield, Missouri store. We will never shop at Ashley again based off our experience. We bought a new sectional couch and were told we could come back and add things onto our existing balance. This was apparently a lie. We were told that payments would be once a month. This was also a lie. Payments are biweekly and we are unable to add on any extra items even though the full amount we got accepted for was more than what we spent. Not to mention how pushy the sales reps are just to get “your business.” If I said “no” then x, y and z doesn’t matter. Quit trying to hassle me into buying something I’ve already said no to.”

“If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. It is the softest thing I have ever felt. Almost like petting a chinchilla. I got it with the matching pillow for my husband and after we had them for a week, I had to get a set for myself!”

“I purchased a throw from Ashley before and it was amazing , but this one is the worst I’ve ever purchased . It’s shedding so badly I took it out the box and had to return it . It’s either defective or the worst quality ever.”
