Return policy is frustrating!

“Unfortunately I was not pleased with the color and feel of the pillows. They looked and felt cheap and smelled awful when I removed them from the packaging.
I called Customer Service to find out how to make a return since I could not find any information on your website. I was told I can return them to your warehouse but I have to pay the shipping costs (not impressed), or I can donate to a Goodwill and submit proof with receipt. If I had known your return policy I would not have purchased these in the first place.”
