“These couches are amazing and super comfortable and honestly the price is not all that bad. I wanted to get the white first but after seeing the white in store I was put off since it looked like a dirty off-white. I was hesitant about getting this color because it wasn’t what I wanted initially but now that I have my couches I’m in love with them!! I got the set they displayed in store with the end tables + center table and it looks so beautiful. They are super comfortable too! I just gotta get some throw blankets and colorful pillows to make it my own but they are beautiful by themselves.”

Not What I Expected

“This furniture isn't what I thought it would be. It has a gray look to it instead of brown. It is also larger then I thought it would be. I measured, but it is "boxier" than it appears in the picture which makes it too large for the space I bought it for. I would return it, but it isn't worth the hassle. Also, the cushions are extra firm. It won't matter for me since we don't use this room very much, but if I were buying for a room used all the time, I would want something much more comfortable! I paid for the Platinum Delivery Service which stated it would be expected before loading on the truck. If that happened, they didn't do a very good job because the liner on the bottom of the sofa wasn't installed correctly and more than 3/4 of the length of the sofa was sticking out. We had to flip it over and use small nails to reattach so it wouldn't show. I certainly wasn't happy about that!”

“Once we unpacked the item, it was discovered that the item was only a sofa. I thought I ordered a sofa sleeper. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize there was a three day return policy. Six days had passed. We were willing to make an exchange but “Andrea” said this wasn’t possible. Very unfortunate. Please change your images online. I goggled sofa sleepers and the Bristaview was the first image. Huge lesson learned when ordering online but I strongly feel your ad is false advertising. I will be notifying the better business bureau and warn others about your advertising antics”
