“It is a nice sofa, but I wish I would have seen it first, and sat in it. I ordered it on line. It was on the firm side, but I think that will be better for my posture. I only gave four star instead of five, because the "cocoa" color was a bit deceiving in the pictures. In person I am seeing more of a grayish brown, not what I expected from those "cocoa" brown pictures.”

“Good couches, easy to clean but I wish you could flip the cushions so you can distribute wear and tear throughout the years. Also wish they were a little deeper. Didnt think of all this when I purchased; however still good buy for the price.”

“I would love to have given this loveseat a solid, positive review but unfortunately I can't do that. It is not the color that it appears to be online and the color that it was or appeared to be in the local Ashley warehouse. It was also not nearly as comfortable as the one on display at the warehouse here in east Tucson. Worst of all, though, is Ashley telling me that even though I reported the issue to them within three days that they will not refund me or let me return the loveseat because I purchased it online. Needless to say, I am not happy about my purchase nor am I happy with Ashley Furniture as this point. I would have considered buying another sofa/loveseat from them instead of this one, but not now. I will look elsewhere for another set.”
