“Based on the reviews, I had high expectations for this sofa and truly wanted to love it. However, upon delivery, I was extremely disappointed. The moment I sat and attempted to lounge on it, my clothing was covered in an excessive amount of lint—so much so that I had to change outfits. This is simply unacceptable.
I would never allow guests to sit on this sofa, as it immediately gives the impression of being poorly made and lacking in quality. It is baffling how this piece passed any form of quality assurance or inspection. This experience has left me with no confidence in Ashley’s products, and it will certainly be my last purchase from the company.
Furthermore, I will be sharing this experience on all social media platforms and will NOT be recommending Ashley to my friends. In fact, those closest to me have already been informed about this issue.”

“I would give them -5 stars if possible. DONT BUY furniture here, We spent over $5000 in living room furniture and $500 in furniture protection. After three years the fabric is becoming defective. The manufacture of the furniture is FLEX STEEL, yes flex to break. OMG the scam of the called furniture protection policy is such a rip off, in the policy what is covered is accidental puncture's, cuts or rips. In the fine print they have ways to RIP you off and not honor their claims. To my understanding I believe there are sever claims in the BBB on this furniture protection company.”

“The delivery men were very friendly and called 6 minutes before they arrived. The couch feels and looks like quality. It’s made well and very comfortable! “The sofa fits in the space perfectly. It was a good choice for a solarium. The only issue I have (which is a problem when you buy online) is the texture of the fabric. It gives off a "cheap" vibe. It also is the kind of fabric that picks up everything.”
