“This is a great little loveseat in my front room. It’s plush but firm and is very inviting. The pillows are a bit big - they kind of take up half the loveseat so I’ll probably pick out different ones, but that’s a minor thing and easy to change.”

Nice couch, bad service

“Pros- looks great, very soft fabric and comfortable to sit on.
Cons- the seat cushions can’t be flipped or rotated, the back cushions are attached and can’t be fluffed, the feet/legs are plastic blocks and the shipping delivery process/customer service is terrible!
received an emailed titled “Scheduled Delivery Confirmation” inside, very small print, says “the estimated delivery date is subject to change”. less than 24 hours before my scheduled delivery date got another email changing the delivery to two weeks later. When I called, customer service just kept saying “well it is a tentative delivery date”. Then maybe the email should be titled “tentative” and not “confirmation”?! The first guy was snippy with me, couldn’t give me any info, the second person also couldn’t give me a date when my item would be in the warehouse but said my call was “escalated” to a team lead who was supposedly in the office that day. He never called me back. Couch came on the date in the 2nd email.”
