“One chair is defective. Ashley sent a rep to fix the brand new chair. Now it will not recline. I have a claim in to replace the defective chair. It has been over a week and I have not heard from Ashley and the chair has not been replaced.”

“Don’t waste your money on this cheap recliner. The cushion split in just two weeks of owning it. And to top it off, the Service/Customer dept. told me it’s not covered because I had the drop off delivery service and cushion warranty is null and void. Poor excuse and after spending tens of thousands of dollars of furniture with AF this is how you get treated.”

“I've had this chair for about a month. I chose it because I liked the fabric and size, I also bought the loveseat. It "creaks" a lot, and I often have to kick the footrest to get it to stay down. I also don't like that it still rocks when the footrest is up; wishing I had returned it during the allowed time frame.”

“The chair rocks and reclines, but the arm rests are not very cushioned and it’s uncomfortable to rest your arms. The chair rocks even when reclined which makes you feel like you’ll fall backwards. Be sure to measure your space too because this chair is is big.
Ashley’s is very firm on their no return/exchanges policy and their customer service is not very good, so you’ll be stuck with it if it doesn’t work out like me. Don’t get peer pressure into buying at the store because after that the great customer service ends.”
