There's more to a sofa than the look.

“It's pretty and looks good in my room, but when we first received it there were issues with some of the cushions that we were told they'd replace (4 months later, nothing), the fabric is "balling up" and the cushions don't hold their shape. I don't think it'll hold a nice appearance for long. It's not comfortable either.”

“We absolutely love this sofa! It is quite comfortable for a contemporary look (hard to find both). We got the protection plan on it so if there are ever any issues they come out and either clean or repair it - was told if they can’t Ashley will replace the entire thing! Amazing customer service!”

“I really loved this sectional when I bought it. It looked great. The cushions were nice and firm for the first day. By the 2nd morning, I could tell I made a mistake. That quickly! I have since requested new cushions for several seats because they are visibly depressed. When I first bought it, the cushions were nice and almost dome-shaped. That goes away so fast. I had a technician come out and look and he was going to recommend to replace it, but that was maybe a month ago. I finally followed-up and the person I spoke to was going to speak with the technician and the manager and get back to me with options. I'd love to keep this sectional, but the cushions have zero support after a very short period of time. I didn't get a "bad batch of cushions" either. They're garbage and I really hate that. No, I don't recommend this sectional. It's only me and a daughter half the time that rarely sits on it. Which ever cushion you choose to sit in the most, will definitely break down very quickly. Even the replacements are broken down. I had such high hopes.”

“This couch is not only stylish but incredibly comfortable! The moment you sit down, it practically invites you to drift off into a deep sleep. After a year of good use, the fabric did start to pill, but that was an easy fix with a simple fabric shaver (or a regular shaver). Six years in, the springs are still holding up beautifully, and the overall structure feels just as supportive as the day I bought it. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, long-lasting couch.”

“Better than expected, i paid for white glove delivery, and it was fast and great service you don't have to deal with trash and to carry anything. The sectional is great quality and I loved that you can remove the couch covers so you can wash them.”
