“This comfortable, aesthetic sofa is a phenomenal value! It looks and feels like it cost way more than it actually does. This is a great deal. I have only had it for about a week, so I can't speak to the durability and longevity, but it does feel very stable. This is replacing a couch I bought from Wayfair less than 3 years ago, and I hated it from Day 1. The Wayfair couch was almost twice as expensive, but it looked super cheap and tacky, it was so uncomfortable, and it started falling apart in less than two years! I hated that the cushions that you sit on were not wide enough from the back to the front of the couch. This new couch is great though, I love it so much. The cushions are wide enough. There is more than enough room for me and my 4-year-old son to snuggle up and lay down together. I could probably even snuggle up with another grown adult, if I wanted to. The cushions are firm enough, but not hard. So far I love this couch, and I am super happy with my purchase, and with a price like this, you rly can't wrong. I never write reviews, but I wanted to share my thoughts, and I hope this is helpful to someone who is on the fence.”

“Sofa is a perfect match for size and color in my living room. It is comfortable with right amount of support and a good proportion of height and depth. The material has a nice smooth feel and should be easy to clean. A downside is the way the feet are designed. They appear wide and each has a triangle footprint but in the middle is a raised button which is the actual point of contact to the floor. The installers added a felt sticker on each foot but the pressure points need a wider distribution to protect my wood floors. I will add a carpet and feet covers. Other than that the couch is great!”

“We knew we were purchasing a cheap couch. When the cushions began to sink and move and loose firmness in a matter of weeks it was no surprise. However, what I was not expecting was for the color to noticeably fade within two months. It’s most noticeable on the back visions and arm rests. The couch and chaise are generally comfortable and fit small spaces, but I’m afraid these are not going to hold up to daily use for more than a year.”

“I've owned the sofa and loveseat from this collection for almost 3 years now and for the most part, I have no complaints! It was affordable as a recent college graduate with a limited budget and fit into my small city living room. I switched out the pillows it came with to give it a younger vibe. The couch is a grey/brown color so it goes well with my mix match of furniture. There are some aspects that feel cheap about the couch, especially the arms (they make a cardboard sound like someone else had mentioned) but overall its very comfortable. I also wish the back cushions were removeable but it isn't the end of the world and it makes it easier to fluff the cushions back in place each night. My friend has the Darcy sofa and her cushions just slide right off (not the case with this one!) Overall, would definitely recommend this to others, especially younger adults/people who want something quality without breaking the bank.”

Service was great. When we noted the lower prices on line the manager gave us the prices to match and was gracious. Delivery was as scheduled, came an hour early. Set up and cleaned up after themselves. Very courteous. It was an excellent experience and the furniture looks great. Firm but comfortable.”

Comfortable couch for the price.

“I should state that I picked this couch from the website as they did not have one in the showroom. Would have given 4 or 5 stars as the price can't be beat for the comfort and overall build, however the color is definitely not what I would consider 'slate' as there are just too many browns and not enough grays. Still like the couch, just wish the color described better matched the color of the actual couch.”
