“I’m not quite 5’ tall and have a difficult time finding a recliner that feels right and this feels perfect, my feet don’t touch the ground but close enough that I can sort of reach to rock if I sit at an angle so this would be perfect for someone who is is probably up to 5’8 I would think. It’s well made, and comfortable.”

“Its actually really uncomfortable.... wouldn't recommend this. We replaced a Stanton brand rocking recliner with this, and you can definitely notice a difference in the price. The Stanton @ $1100 and this at $500, i definitely wouldn't purchase this again. Will probably have to move this chair down to the basement where it will rarely get used...”

“This recliner offers good lumbar support and I like the manual mechanism for reclining. After sitting on it for two days I very much regret this purchase. The recliner is designed for short, small people. The back height is just too low and leaves your head completely unsupported if you're tall. When the recliner was delivered and unboxed, I was stunned to see it's much darker gray than what is depicted on the website. That's the risk of buying sight unseen. But worst of all, the seat cushion is way too firm. It's so hard that after 30 mins of sitting on it my rear is numb. Unusable!”

Springs break often

“It's comfortable, but the springs have broken twice already and no one is abusing it. The 1st time the springs broke were within the first month. When contacting the company, they send a 3rd party to take photos which is scheduled out two weeks, then another week to get parts, and two more weeks to replace for almost a solid month of a broken chair. Then a couple months later the same routine happened. So out of 5 months of ownership it's been broken twice for two months stretch.
The springs are weak and continually break.”
