“The store model clearly had extra padding or something in it, because after 6 months I started to notice the lack of padding, support, and comfort. You can feel the wood frame and foot rest with almost no padding to cushion in it and the arm digs into your side. Just after 1 year, the frame started to crack in the sofa and was not covered by warranty. This is with just a single person using it mostly. This is not a good option, even at the cost, if you want it to last more than 1 year of comfort. Don't buy!”

The arm rest on the couch has a burr in the fabric, almost feels like a burn or some kind of glue. I won’t ever buy furniture online again. I need to sit in it first. I wish we could trade this furniture in for a different model. It looks nice but it’s not comfortable to sit in.”
