Lesson learned.

“I have written 2 reviews for this set but on the website its showing I rated it as a 5 star which is false. I rated it a (2) star due to the fact the part of the sectional came damaged and now we have an incomplete furniture set until into January of next year. We purchased this item to have plenty of seating for our upcoming Christmas festivities and now a serious wrench has been thrown into our holiday plans. We were told by certain Ashley employees to never purchase online because you won't have anyone to help you you resolve issues like these. Alway go in person to your local store so your salesperson will be available to help you through situations like these. Hopefully my honest reviews are posted as I have written. I would be more than will to edit my reviews if Ashley was more willing to reevaluate the length of time we have to wait for this sale to be completed as expected.”
