Safe yourself the money

“Save your money on this one-looks good and started off with the chase cushion with a big sag after only 2 weeks after delivery. Contacted customer service 11/27/24 who agreed to replace it. Fast forward to 2/18/25 and was told it shipped only to find out it went to warehouse but was only the cover and not the cushion. Very frustrated with the response as this is not a cheap sofa. Finding that another cushion is starting to do the same thing. Think twice before purchase save your hard earned money. Ordered this sofa 9/24/24 and waited until 11/19 for delivery was the first sign that this was not gonna be good.”
