“I love the couch. It's very comfortable, and looks great. I was disappointed with the condition it was delivered in. It was really dirty. You could see stuff all over it, and when you hit it, you could see dust/dirt flying out. We used a brand new vacuum on it, and when we were done there was a good inch of debris in the vacuum. I don't understand why a brand new couch would be so dirty...? Other than that, it seems to be pretty well made. I'm hoping it lasts a while.”

“The couch itself is great. Comfortable and perfect size.
The delivery and customer service is what I’m rating horrible on. Couch took 6 weeks, which is fine, but on delivery day there was no communication that it wouldn’t arrive that day. I took off work and if they would have communicated that it was running late I would have went to work. Also, the day it got delivered it was the wrong item. I received two chaises instead of one chaise and one ottoman. Now they are telling me the delivery for the ottoman is another 6 weeks. I’m livid that I’m having to wait 12 weeks on their mistake. Will not order through ashley again.”

“So we love the furniture but it was missing the feet from the left love seat. The delivery team called and asked for the feet to be delivered but they never sent any type of confirmation email. I called 5 days later and while it was a bit of a struggle to get young lady to believe the feet were actually missing, they were put on order and am to received them tomorrow. I will install them myself but again, love the furniture and can’t wait to use it daily!”
