“Nice sectional, however, it was delivered with the right arm damaged. We didn't notice until we tried to slide it back, three days after delivery, the right arm completely caved in as soon as my son touched it. The sectional is in an area of the house that we only sit in when we have guests, so that's why it took a few days to notice. I called customer service immediately, and they sent a technician out. I was at work, so my husband explained to the technician what happened. The technician stated that I'm unsure if the warranty would cover the repair. He assumed it was damaged while we were trying to move it, but it was delivered that way. Even if it had cracked as we tried to slide the couch on wood floors, why would it not be covered in such a short period? That speaks volumes to the craftsmanship of their furniture. He opened it up and noticed that the sectional had not been assembled correctly. The sectional is comfy, but again, it's located where we rarely use it. I hope we don't encounter issues later on due to the way it was assembled. The one star is for having to go through this whole ordeal.”

“I've been trying to return this sofa. I bought it online and It was too big. I called the online claim dept and they gave me a claim number for the return and pick up. Today is the 8th day and I have not heard from anyone. I call everyday but they tell me they are working on it and some one will contact me in 24-72 hrs. They say that everyday I call. I called the store, online and chat with no help what so ever. Now I have 2 sofas from Ashley because I bought a smaller one of the same model. I will never buy from them again and I'm suing.”
