“Excellent quality, super soft fabric, good thickness cushioning, piece is very oversized, and one piece so make sure you have the area to move it to where you want it. We had to remove a handrail and rungs to get it to the second floor, but it was well worth it. Very happy with it, again great quality.”

I can see myself swapping it out for something more durable in a year or two. Plus, that intense factory smell it came with? Let’s just say I had to bring in some baking soda to air it out!”

“This chair has a huge dip in it where you sit and you sink into it. Also, there were a few tears in the bottom support piece as well as the fur near the charger. I connected with customer service and they are sending a new bottom piece, but did not address the tear or the dip. This is way too expensive for these issues..”

“Chair itself is nice and comfortable enough, but part of the selling point was the charging port. It's missing the charging port or the delivery people didn't know to set it up. I called customer service, lifted the heavy thing looking around for ANYTHING. I emailed the first guy the images he asked for and never heard back. Tried emailing him again only for a return message saying it was undeliverable. I tried to call someone else only for her to say she can find my order. This is the second time I've bought from this company and it will be the last. I still have the broken coffee table no one ever got back with me about. But there's a "ticket" on the issue.”

I will say it was the softest most gorgeous r chair and I’m so incredibly sad we couldn’t get it into the room! After much research this is an incredibly common issue with this chair. I think in the future it’d be great if Ashley delivered this chaise in 2 pieces rather than 1 it’d solve a lot of problems!”

“I loved this set at first! It was amazing for about a month….and then it started squeaking noise after about 5 months. I still use it daily, however it has sunk. I wouldn’t expect a chair this expensive to sink after 6 months. It does not get its shape back after we get up. The fabric looks wrinkled on the seat cushion. I have the warranty…going to see what can be done. Totally unacceptable. If that wouldn’t have happened, I would have given 5 stars because my sofa still looks brand new because we don’t use that as often as the chair.”

Save your money and buy from literally any other furniture company in existence. Unless you want to pay $500+ for “white glove delivery” to have your property damaged, wait more than a week to hear back, and be told the claim was closed on false information. Absolutely disgusting, take my word for it and buy from literally anywhere else. Never shopping here again.”
