“I bought this couch in July of 2022. It is comfortable to sit on, but the mattress is awful. I have had only 2 guest sleep on it and it tilts where you head is lower than your feet. The thing that props at an angle collapses easily. I tried to put a claim in with the warranty (which is an absolute joke and waste of money) and because I put it in after 30 days of it happening, it is not covered. Now I am stuck with a pull out couch that is heavy to move and unusable.”

“It looks beautiful however it ceased to impress me as time went by. one of the arms makes a pop sound everytime I rest my back agaisnt it one of the seat cushions dios in far deeper than the other one, they are not filled equally one if the tension wires underneath the bed was always lying loose and we noticed it after one or two night of using it. one of the base of the bed frame barely touches the floor when all others lay flat.”

“It's a large plush couch, which is what I wanted - soft fabric and comes with additional pillows! The big downfall for me is that the seat Cushions constantly come forward, so I'm always pushing them back when I get up and doesn't feel like I can sink into it the way I want because of that. Would also like to add it's delayed much longer than originally estimated so take that into account when you order.”

“Got this couch based on pictures only. Teaches me a lesson to actually sit and try out in person. It looks nice, but the cushions are overstuffed and it feels like you are being pushed off the couch because of that. The material is also thick/fuzzy and is very hot when used in summer. It’s more of a winter material. The bottom cushions slide around easily and you constantly have to push them back in. The sleeper portion works well. Overall, the couch is not as comfortable as it looks when used for sitting.”

“The couch is beautiful and has deepish, cozy cushions. However, we were mostly interested in the queen sleeper portion of it. It's not a queen size. A standard queen size is 80" long. This product description says 72" long. When we received it, the tag says 70" long. So if your guest is taller than 5'10", their feet will be hanging off. Realistically anyone over 5'5" will have their feet hanging off because people don't sleep with their head at the very top edge. We're going to gain a few inches by covering the gap between the pull-out and the couch, so it's OK for our use. But take these reviews seriously if you're looking for a true queen sleeper. It's not.”

“Couch looks great, we didn’t keep two of the throw pillows because it was too many throw pillows. So far we’ve had two overnight guests and they said it was comfortable. The sofa is nice and firm to sit on. I sprayed scotch guard in it since it’s a light fabric. It’s larger than I pictured even though I read the specs. The back cushions are not removable they are sewn to the frame. It fit through our back door straight into the den. It’s heavy so either pay to have if delivered or plan on 2 or 3 people helping to move it.”

“The sofa is lovely, and we are very happy with it. The color is perfect and it's comfy to sit on. The only drawback is that the bed is not a standard queen size, which should be 60x80 inches. Now that I read the details more closely, it SAYS it should be 60x72 inches. But I'm only 5'1, and when I laid down on the pull-out bed, my head was at the top and my heels were nearly touching the bottom. Anyone taller than about 5'4" will have their feet hanging off the end of the bed. It will be great for kids, I guess. The sofa is certainly large enough to include a full-size standard queen, so I don't understand why it's so short.”

“This is the worst piece of furniture I have ever purchased. I noticed the when you sit on the sofa it leans forward so we turned it over and learned that the leg was bent and the back was higher on one side only to find out at delivery they cracked the boards. I went back to the store and told them about the situation and was informed I signed for it so I cannot return they will send a guy out to fix it. I informed the store how was I to know that the boards were cracked when you would have to turn it over and look on the inside to see the board. First of all the sofa was way to heavy to lift. Insisted I was not happy with the sofa and this is where the problem began. I learned this store is corporate owned and run. Any other store would taken it back with a restock fee which I was willing to pay. I even asked for instore exchange basically told me i am stuck with the sofa. I am not happy with my experience with this store or ashley and I will pay more with lazy boy to back their product. The problem was never resolved with the leaning forward. Never once got a call from the Manager to resolve the problem. I do not recommend this store”
